Jane’s meagre beginnings growing up on the family farm and a career as a mining engineer gave her the drive to become one of Australia’s most successful property experts. She was the first Australian female mining engineer to work underground, an early career that gave her a steely determination to succeed, and a desire to help others thrive -not just survive.

A crushing diagnosis in 2019 of Cushings Disease and subsequent surgery to remove a brain tumour, reset Jane’s priorities. As she says, “I wanted I want to come out of this better and a better person.” A chance conversation with a nurse in the recovery ward led Jane to the realisation that her deep desire was to help people become financially secure, so that they can achieve their own full potential and create intergenerational change.
