Rhinoplasties are the most difficult operation in plastic surgery. And so 10-20% of procedures need to be redone. Not fun for the patient or the plastic surgeon, but a fact of life. On this show, we discuss the difficulty of second rhinoplasties and what needs to be done.
We also had star personal trainer, Kerry Aissa, as a guest talking about how training can improve your appearance. Kerry discussed the importance of cardiovascular exercise and strength training and how being in shape can help your appearance.
