Passionate about harnessing technology to solve business challenges, guest Erik Simins has been an entrepreneur since his early 20s, founding his first 8-figure company, MAGNUS Healthcare Recruitment Solutions in 2011. Magnus is now one of the most widely recognized healthcare staffing firms in Canada and provides medical workforce solutions to more than 250 Healthcare customers across the country.
In 2017, he co-founded Workwolf a leading innovator in HR technology that helps global brands improve their hiring procedures. The platform filters and verifies job applicants 200 times faster than a human can, automating the recruitment process, and bringing unmatched efficiencies to the employment market. The company was honoured with two Global Innovation Awards in 2020 and 2021, recognizing their groundbreaking impact on the employment market.
