Our bodies are incredible superhuman machines powered by the breath. Every day we breathe automatically without even thinking. Like eating, inhale’s and exhale’s offers us the power and energy to live. But, when our mind is frenetic and chaotic, the actions of our body follow so that when we are anxious and, in a hurry, we often forget to breathe. This is not good because it is just a downward spiral into negativity-land where there is less oxygenated blood, which makes us even more stressed out! Let’s learn how to empower our mind and body with the breath. This workshop will cover: Yogis and Breathing Importance of Our Breath and Breathing Benefits Learn the science of alignment and about our CNS to know about your mind Process and science behind our body and diaphragmatic breathing Anatomy of an Inhale and Exhale Benefits of deep breathing TRY some of our favorite breathing exercises.
