Hey there fellow surfers and beach lovers! Ready for a gnarly surf zone forecast? Let's dive in and catch those waves!
Starting off in Malibu Coast and Los Angeles County Beaches, we've got a HIGH rip current risk today, so hang ten carefully out there. The surf height is 3 to 5 feet with mixed west and south swells. Tomorrow, the rip current risk drops to moderate with a slightly smaller surf height at 2 to 4 feet. Keep an eye out for those tides!
Ventura County Beaches are facing a HIGH rip current risk today and tomorrow, with surf heights at 3 to 5 feet. Water temperatures are looking nice at 64 to 66 degrees. Watch out for those mixed west swells and enjoy the waves!
Moving to Santa Barbara County, we've got a MODERATE rip current risk today with surf heights at 1 to 3 feet. Tomorrow, the risk increases to moderate with surf heights at 2 to 4 feet. Keep an eye on the tides and enjoy the west swell!
Lastly, in San Luis Obispo County Beaches and Santa Barbara Central Coast Beaches, we're looking at some serious waves today and tomorrow. Northwest-facing beaches have surf heights of 7 to 10 feet, while southwest-facing beaches have 4 to 7 feet. Chilly waters at 53 to 55 degrees, but those waves are worth it!
