This is such a powerful reminder! Practicing intentional gratitude truly has a profound impact on our well-being, especially in times of stress or uncertainty. When life throws challenges our way, it can be easy to focus on what's going wrong, but shifting our focus to the things we're thankful for can really transform our mindset.

Here’s a simple gratitude practice to try this week:

  1. Daily Reflection: Take a few moments each day—perhaps in the morning or before bed—to list three things you're grateful for.

  2. Share It with Others: Let someone know what you're grateful for—whether it's a text to a friend or a conversation with family.

  3. Mindful Awareness: Whenever stress or negative thoughts arise, pause and take a deep breath. Acknowledge the challenge, but then consciously remind yourself of a few things you're thankful for.
