In today's episode, we’re joined by Michal Komarzynski. Michal is the Global Lead for CPQ and Salesforce Industries at IBM, currently based out of Miami. We discussed Michal's background and consulting career to date, specialising in CRM Systems for Telecommunications companies.

He shares his experience working in different countries and the cultural differences he encountered. Michal also talks about the evolution of Salesforce Industries and the reception it has received in the ecosystem. He explains the concept of subscription models and how they are becoming more common in various industries.
