On this week’s episode of The About Her Podcast, I chat with my friend Clara Sylvester about Journaling. Together, we discuss the importance of establishing regular rhythms of remembrance and debunk common myths about journaling. Clara will also share her regular journaling routine and a few top tips for those looking to begin a spiritual journal of their own.

Clara currently serves as the Assistant Director of events at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where she is also a Masters of Divinity student. Clara’s husband, Daniel, also works at Midwestern and recently graduated with his Masters in Biblical Counseling. Clara and Daniel are both certified biblical counselors through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors.
