Errol Doebler is a Graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Navy SEAL who served as Assistant Platoon Commander at SEAL Team FOUR, and a Platoon Commander at Seal Team ONE. Errol later joined the FBI where he investigated International Terrorist Organizations and also served as a member of the FBI’s New York SWAT Team. While at the Bureau, Errol deployed to Afghanistan in 2010 with the 75th Ranger Regiment as a special agent, participated in extensive combat operations, and was subsequently presented with the FBI’s second-highest award for valor, the Shield of Bravery, for his actions on the battlefield. Following 13 years of service with the FBI, he founded a leadership consulting firm, Leader 193, where he has worked with Fortune 100 companies, professional sports organizations, tech startups, and individual executives across a vast array of industries. Errol is also the author of the book "The Process, Art, and Science of Leadership: How Leaders Inspire Confidence and Clarity in Combat, in the Boardroom, and at the Kitchen Table." In this episode, we learn Errol's leadership system, delve deep into emotional awareness, and how to create an elite culture and leadership language. We also discuss Errol's use/teaching of the Wim Hof method of breathing & cold exposure to hone leadership ability. We also explore SMACCC, Errol's bulletproof process for planning modified from his time in the SEAL Teams, and was as Errol would say, "born in blood!" - Links: The Process, Art, and Science of Leadership: https://amzn.to/2H1d0Vu Leader 193: http://leader103.com/
