- Finished this form. Lots of details in it with lots of examples. Very detailed.
- Stoked when I was able to find issues and correct them. Because I thought it was good. But, I just improve it 15 different way. So what does that mean it is now? Better? Great? Exciting for me.
- Failed my 16 hour fasting window today by 20 mins. Realized instead of making it harder on myself I should fit it in with my current schedule. That makes most sense in hindsight yet was overlooked.
- Got an air mattress in my office. It acts as a couch and another place to do some work other than my office chair and desk.
