Thomas Browne's Religio Medici is an epic protestant christian apology defending the faith of his religion. Thomas Browne is witty and has a writing style that is unique and playful. For this reason, Charles Elliott seems to have thought of adding Thomas Browne to the Harvard Classics series and allowing us to experience a writer we may not have sought out on our own. I hope you enjoy my take on the Religio Medici.
