Part 1 of 2:
After a bit of a break the CSEP Podcast is back for it's third season! This season we thought we would take a different approach to our typical format, and instead of a single host conducting a 1-on-1 interview, we will instead have a different panel of guests on each episode to discuss a broad range of topics. This season our episodes will focus on the topic of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) to better understand how CSEP members can work with people from all backgrounds and lifestyles. In this episode we were thrilled sit down with Keely Shaw, Miranda Weise, and Jennifer Tomasone.

Keely Shaw is a Paralympic cyclist who had just returned from Tokyo where she competed in the Paralympic games when we sat down for our talk.

Miranda Wiese is a trainer and studio owner who has worked with many populations during her career including Postnatal moms, and high performance athletes.

Jennifer Tomasone, PhD, is a researcher at Queen’s University, the goal of Jennifer’s research program is to optimize physical activity participation for Canadians of all abilities.

For Spotify listeners there is a poll available at the end of this episode to let us know if you're enjoying the new Podcast format. If you have any questions or concerns please email: memberships@csep.ca
