In this episode of The eCommerce Customer Experience Podcast, Ian Golding, CEO, and Founder of Customer Experience Consultancy and the first person in the world to be authorised by the CXPA to teach the CCXP accreditation shares his golden lessons with DigitalGeninus’s Global VP of Sales and Partnerships, Chris Kellner, on how organisations and customer experience professionals can deliver customer service success.

Ian is a Global Customer Experience Specialist and Certified Customer Experience Professional who advises businesses on customer experience strategy, measurement, improvement, and employee advocacy techniques and solutions. His experience sums up twenty-seven years, seventeen of which were spent in the corporate world; he spent the other ten years working independently.
In 2014, Ian officially became a Certified Customer Experience Professional, and in 2015, he also became the first person to become an Authorised Resource and Training Provider for the CCXP accreditation.
