There's no reason to be afraid anymore. I have a solution for you so you can ultimately get rid of your postpartum pooch and have a strong core again after being pregnant. I know it can feel daunting to think about exercises with a new baby, but I did it and you can, too. In today's episode, I'm going to tell you how I overcame the struggle and was able to get a flat stomach after having all 4 of my babies.
