We are all willing and enjoy helping others. We like to feel supportive and want to make it easier for our friends...AND YET! And yet we do not ask for help for ourselves. We have a block, it feels wrong, if feels like we are putting a burden on somoene else that is OUR RESPONSIBILITY. Is this even true?
