Hello My Friends! Welcome Back!
This week I want to focus on Self-Focused Inner Work. Last week I left you all with the considerations of how it feels when you are working with a team where some members may not be as "involved" as you might wish.. How does that make you feel? Does it reek of Fairness, or Unfairness? How would you feel, in your moment of irritation, If I told you the Key to the Issue is focusing on Yourself? Would that piss you off? But I really do think the fix to most of most of our interpersonal issues is intense self work, through scrutiny and compassion.
