"I like to call myself the Chief Juggler," Nataly shares, underscoring her multifaceted role. Her leadership has been instrumental in elevating RETN's reputation, earning it prestigious accolades like the Best Pan-European Carrier Award.

With over 870 points of presence (PoPs) worldwide, the company plays a crucial role in enabling data flow across continents. "Even though machines are talking to machines, we're still communicating with people," she noted. Collaborations with leading vendors like Juniper and Infinera have enabled RETN to implement environmentally conscious solutions while maintaining operational excellence.
