In his 20+ year career, Erik has assumed various leadership roles for companies like Amazon, Everlywell, and Tenet Health. In March 2021, he was appointed to Rogers Behavioral health Board of Directors. Erik is an advocate for proper representation in leadership, recognizing the numerous benefits that minority leaders bring to the table for their communities.
