Daniel used several personal lines of credit and borrowed from his 401K to get started in the Indianapolis market. Daniel currently lives in Hawaii and invests in both Hawaii and in other states in the US. Michael Gerber's book, "The E-Myth Revisited," talks about setting up systems that allow you to scale your business. Daniel Kong’s system includes hiring for different roles and empowering his team to help generate investment capital to buy bigger commercial deals.
