Casey Franchini faced a difficult start to her investing career. After moving from California to Memphis, Tennessee with her husband and two young children, Casey did not want to become a W2 employee, but wanted to be a stay at home Mom. After hustling with several self-employed ventures, she went back to her roots and began buying real estate to become self-sufficient from her rental Income.
