In today's episode Joy and I discuss foundational structures for balanced parenting, particularly for the new, possibly harried, Mama. We discuss self care as in the down and dirty structure we need, as moms to keep ourselves out of meltdown mode. We discuss the "R" word RAGE and Hormonal fluxuations. We diuscuss Daddy's role in a balanced household. We discuss control, boundaries. Dang we discuss it all....We also talk about early childhood developmental brain health and the DETRIMENTAL role, screen time plays in a child's development of Imagination.
Our discussion took place at 7 am, and you can tell my "brain and mouth" get a little jumbled, so bare with me!
