Even the most ambitious and determined people want to make for the fire exit sometimes, and you shouldn’t ashamed for wanting to do the same. But instead of giving up, you should use these crises to stop, figure out your next steps, and make some big changes.

In this episode, I talk about the questions you should ask yourself when you’re feeling uncertain, why you should go with the flow of your intuition, and focus on the changes you need to make to get yourself back on your feet.
