Karen Decker is a forest bathing coach in Luxembourg. She found her calling as she was overcoming a burnout that had put her in hospital. That event changed her life. She is has always had this connection to nature but has been neglecting it as she grew up and as she was working in an environment that did not nurture her values, it was also the one thing that saved her.
This episode is a story about burnout, the benefits of forest bathing and a call to prevent a stressfull life, only humans are leading on earth.
