Ever wondered how actors and actresses get in incredible shape for movie roles? Well in today's episode you're going to find out. My guest today is Simon Waterson. A former marine, and now an elite fitness trainer to A-list actors preparing for demanding film roles, Simon Waterson transformed Daniel Craig into James Bond for five blockbuster films, shaped Chris Evans into superhero Captain America, trained Chris Pratt for Guardians of the Galaxy, and prepared Thandie Newton and John Boyega for the recent Star Wars films. Preparing Daniel Craig for this year’s No Time to Die, he has also trained several Bond girls including Lea Seydoux. Simon has also worked with Jake Gyllenhaal, Emily Blunt, Benedict Cumberbatch, Blake Lively and Tom Hiddleston, among others.
