Lesson 1: Responsibility and Leadership
Men are looked at to be the leader and carry responsibility whether it’s in your home, at work, or at church. In these positions, the Bible makes it clear that your should show strength, faith, discernment, love, sacrifice, and patience in all the tough decisions that you have to make.
“Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.” – 1 Corinthians 16:13 (ESV)
“Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.” – Ephesians 5:25 (ESV)
“Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.” – Ephesians 6:4 (ESV)
