Harvard Business stated that the cost of losing an employee is about $60,000. With costs to onboard and recruit being roughly $4000, then an investment of 6 – 9 months into the employee, it’s easy to see why retention is so important for companies.

Finding the “best-fit” is critical from both a company perspective and from a "career perspective."

Chris Patton reveals how certain questions can help you in your job hunt determine "best-fit" and reduce your chances of rolling out of a company in the first two years. His advice isn't theory. His company has found ways to attract best-fit Veterans who stay an average of 10 years.
