Ben is the owner of BSL Nutrition and I love his approach to fitness. He designed his year-long fitness programs with several important things in mind:

➡️ Data-driven techniques that take people’s differences into consideration and not just the generic stuff—he considers things like your environment, your stage of life, your health history, your readiness, and so much more when he designs your program.

➡️ How to empower you to become your own nutrition detective which requires learning what works best for your unique body and then being able to maintain it.

➡️ He factors in bumps in the road. Often shorter programs don’t consider life emergencies or unforeseen events and they don’t give the process enough time to collect adequate data to make the best decisions.
