  2. Distraction
  3. Mind Wandering
  4. Reactivity

The Remedy:

  1. Meditate
  2. Do Dharma Sprints
  3. Eat Death Cookies
  4. Share art like the world depends on it.

As you’ll hear, the failing of the executive attention system and the absence of metacognitive awareness might be the cause of unhappiness in our society. Any skill that can improve these are key and meditation is by far the most effective one we know of. Learning to navigate the shimmer has never been more important, and the potential on the other side has never been greater.
