Dr. Samantha Stallkamp, PGY-1 at the University of Rochester Neurology, shares her journey inspired by her sister with spina bifida and her mother with multiple sclerosis. We discuss a shocking reality: only 40.7% of surveyed physicians felt ready to provide equitable care.
