Aaron provides insight on the organization's programming philosophy, movement prescription and variations, deadlifting variations, the importance of establishing overhead mobility/stability for the overhead athlete, taking a holistic approach to performance training, prerequisite mobility requirements before pressing, and tips on how to grow professionally in the sports medicine field.
