Hydroxyapatite Deposition Disease Dr. Rosenblum discusses shoulder pain, and the pathophysiology of Hydroxyapatite Deposition Disease. He discusses personal experience with infraspinatous tendon tear, and treatments such as NSAIDs, Lidocaine patch and steroid injections of the infraspinatous tendon.
