Spring Track and Field is upon us! We are very excited to see our athletes grow from beginning of the season to the end when they need to peak and as individuals. We wanted to give you guys the reality of coaching high school athletics. You can have the most amazing program in the world but most of the time, especially in high school, shit happens and you have to think on your toes and roll with the punches.
