Most of us have faced some kind of adversity in our life but the current crisis of the pandemic has taken over the entire world this year. It’s apparent there is still a long road ahead but for now there is an opportunity to grow stronger in your business. We all what to have an impact in some way and the people who are thriving at this time are the ones trying to make an impact.
It’s important to widen your perspective by reaching out to others for creative energy and force. This time has been very lonely for most of us - a great way to mitigate that loneliness is by connecting with other businesses, of all sizes and across all industries. You may not have the answers, they may not have the answers, but together you may trigger ideas in one another.
To breakdown how to be a stronger leader during this time of adversity and crisis - I’ve brought on psychologist, speaker, and author, Joseph Michelli.
