Interview with Australian actors Robert Rabiah and Nicole Chamoun.
Robert Rabiah was nominated for Best Actor in a film alongside Geoffrey Rush, Hugo Weaving, Sam Neill and David Wenham at the 2012 Australian Film Institute/Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Awards, 2011 Inside Film Awards, and is a 2xtime Australian Academy Awards candidate - 2023/2024. Robert Rabiah's work for production giants such as Netflix, Amazon, Stan, NBCUniversal, Hulu, Foxtel, Peacock, Paramount+, Madman Entertainment, AppleTV, Syfy, BBC4, SBS, ABC and Michael De Luca Productions has ensured both global releases and critical acclaim for his performances.
Nicole Chamoun is best known for her compelling depiction of Iraqi refugee Zahra Al Bayati in SBS's critically acclaimed Safe Harbour, for which she was nominated both for a Logie for Most Outstanding Supporting Actress and an AACTA Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Television Drama; as well as the series lead role of Amirah Al-Amir in On The Ropes for which Nicole was nominated for the Logie award for Most Outstanding Actress, and for her lead role in series Troppo.
