Right now is when life happens, not tomorrow, and not when you think so much about yesterday, but right now. How much time do you spend in the now? 100%? How much time do you spend thinking about yesterday and tomorrow, probably 100%. Then you are not living but reacting to other people's Now state.
You must be in the Now, feeling, breathing, loving, crying, and enjoying every moment with all its intensity. But do you? How much time do you think about things? Stop thinking! Just be in the now, it is so much easier. There are no conditions other than just being in the now.
Look around you and see all the people working hard on not being themselves but a description of what someone else has decided.
Be you, live in the Now.
