Said Hasyim start it out as an IT engineer and found himself overworked, stressed out, and feeling rundown. He started to ask himself how he could make sustainable changes for his health. Overwhelmed with the information out there, he started to do his own research and narrowed down the three key areas he needed to focus on to optimize his health.
