What a busy week it's been since we last spoke!

Thank you to everybody who voted for me in the Podcasting for Business Awards. Being a finalist in the Best Health & Wellbeing category has been such an honour and your support is very much appreciated.

This week I'm looking at some things you can do to be kind to yourself and give yourself a break. Think about what you need right now. Think about how you may be able to achieve that. Write a plan. Take action.
