So, a little different to my normal episodes but in this podcast I share my experience of what its like to spend 7 days in quarantine and whats come up for me.
I'm in the process of travelling from Dublin in Ireland to Bali and part of this journey involves quarantining in a hotel in Jakarta the capital of Indonesia for 7 days.
Its something that I really wasn't looking forward to before travelling and it almost turned me off travelling to Bali altogether however, something inside me encouraged me to go with it and now, 6 days in I can see why.
In this podcast I share whats come up for me, what I've learned from the experience and the tools I've been working with to navigate through the experience.
I talk about getting present, moving from a reactive state of being to a more proactive one. I share tools to help to get grounded and bring intention to your day, tools to help keep you away from distraction and compliment focus.
