Meet Jenna Switzer, yoga teacher trainer and holistic sexologist.
As a yoga teacher trainer she specialises in anatomy and takes very functional and science based approach to her students.
Her work in holistic sexology grew from this, into pelvic floor specialism and then onto pleasure. She predominantly works now with men and women helping them overcome sexual challenges and dysfunctions.
In this podcast we explore her work and journey to where she is today. She talks into the route causes of so many of the issues people are suffering from and shares some practices that she applies to addressing them.
She shares deeply into her background and the events and lessons she learned that led her on the path to where she is now.
