This bill should be vetoed because it:
- Will harm Florida tourism and property rights
- Lacks consumer protection measures
- Makes it harder for families to find accommodation due to its maximum occupancy rules
- Allows a tax on vacation rentals through unlimited fees
- Could cause massive revenue consequences to local and state governments
- Will drive vacation rental guests to other states with more friendly markets
