While they are not experts, they are experts at practicing manifestation. They have seen it work in their lives and Kari even sees it in her kids’ lives. And now they want to spread their magic wands to you.

Create your own manifestation magic:

  1. What is it that you want? Name the thing (be specific).
  2. What is what you want giving you permission to feel?
  3. Get into a space of gratitude, however you can (there are no rules).
  4. Recap and dream into past manifestations. Move into a state of belief.
  5. Be an advocate for your own energy.
  6. Pick 1-3 feelings from #2 to get excited about today.
