The holiday season is upon us, and with it comes a whirlwind of festivities, family gatherings, and festive feasts. While this time of year can bring joy and excitement, it can also wreak havoc on our hormonal health. Protecting your hormones is crucial, especially during and after the holidays.

In our current political climate, stress levels are at an all-time high, which can significantly impact our hormonal balance. The constant barrage of news, social media debates, and polarizing opinions can keep our stress hormones elevated, throwing our entire endocrine system out of whack.
