She utilizes her training in natural medicine, nutrition, functional laboratory testing and herbal medicine to support hormonal imbalances, fertility issues, stress, emotional disorders and digestive issues.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time performing music, practicing martial arts and enjoying time with family and friends. As a natural foods enthusiast, she enjoys preparing a variety of delicious and healthy meals from a variety of cultures as well spending time outdoors and in nature.
