People often ask: "What is the easiest way to improve your life when everything is wrong?" And every time I hear this question, it is really easy for me to answer with two words: gratitude and meditation. There was a point in my life when things looked very ugly for me, at that time, I was trying to read and learn anything because I was so desperate that I just wanted to do anything that could help me to get out of the hole I got myself into. Many "gurus' kept saying one thing "be grateful for whatever you have even if it doesn't look like much". So, even when I felt that there was nothing to be grateful about, I realized I had to start being grateful even for the small, insignificant things; I started meditating and combining in it with practices of gratitude; in a matter of days, things started to work out for me in magical ways. That's why I have created this powerful meditation that will set you in the perfect state to unleash your best self.
