Good morning, Atlanta! This is your weather update for today, brought to you by your friendly neighborhood meteorologists.
Let's dive right into today's forecast. We're looking at a partly sunny day with temperatures climbing to a comfortable 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Expect a calm wind that'll shift to a gentle westerly breeze around 5 miles per hour in the afternoon - perfect for a light jacket and maybe a stroll outside.
Tonight, things get a bit more interesting. We're expecting showers after midnight, with temperatures dropping to around 39 degrees Fahrenheit. There's a 90 percent chance of precipitation, so keep that umbrella handy. We're anticipating between a tenth and quarter of an inch of rain.
