Hey, did you know that “mess ups” - even epic ones (like I had yesterday) don’t have to sabotage your weight loss or maintenance?

It’s true: one indulgent meal (or day, or week…) doesn’t have to destroy your progress one bit. In fact, going a little bonkers with your eating sometimes is normal.

Isn’t that a relief?

Mistakes, missteps, and overindulgences aren’t problems. They only become problems when we:

  • Take them as evidence that we’re flawed human beings who will never reach our goals
  • Use them as a reason to be mean to ourselves
  • Eat even more to try to escape our guilt and shame, and finally...
  • Punish ourselves by getting super restrictive in an attempt to get “back on track”

And, if you’re anything like I was before I discovered restriction-free weight loss, you’re probably doing all four.

But there’s such a better way. And I’m showing you how it’s done on this week’s episode of The Weight Loss Doesn’t Have to Suck Podcast.
Even Advanced Certified Weight Loss & Mindset Coaches (🙋‍♀️) have “off-the-rails” days…we've just learned to handle them differently.
Join me on this episode where I’ll show you exactly how I recover after a crazy day of eating so that a couple of indulgent experiences don’t turn into six months of sabotage.
