Let's face it - lots of us struggle with shame and self-judgment after we overeat.
When we overindulge, we often want to gloss over the incident, quickly put it behind us, or hide away in shame.
But, here's the truth: that's approach only keeps us stuck in an endless cycle of self-sabotage. It's not the solution.
What actually helps us break out of our well-rehearsed patterns of overeating? The willingness to compassionately explore our behaviors.
To discover the thoughts, emotions, and habits that drive our overeating. Because we can't change what we're unwilling to confront and acknowledge.
And exactly how do we compassionately explore our behaviors? That's what I'll be sharing with you on today's episode, as I guide you through an evidence-based exercise that will help you break your overeating patterns for good.
