Lawmakers in New Jersey are moving ahead with a bill that would revise the state’s Open Public Records Act (OPRA). The controversial measure could be voted on by the full state Senate and Assembly as early as Monday.

CJ Griffin is a media and public interest attorney whose legal work focuses on OPRA. She’s also a fierce opponent of the new bill and spoke about her objection to it with WNYC's Sean Carlson
