And he said to them, To you has been given lthe secret of the kingdom of God, but for mthose outside everything is in parables, so that 'they omay indeed see but not perceive, and may indeed hear but not understand, lest they should turn and be forgiven.'” There are two aspects of this. I don't think Jesus is hiding the kingdom from the seekers outside. No. The first aspect is if you are not regenerated in your spirit you don't understand the spiritual thing in the kingdom of God. So that's why he is using parable to speak to those outside of Kingdom God so they can understand.
