My good friend Toi stopped by to talk about divorce and the importance of taking care of yourself as a mom. At first, she was sprinkling it into the conversation that she was having a life change. But soon the cat was outta the bag and she was navigating divorce. How did she not get lost in the chaos of motherhood? She shared how she had to find herself again and what her relationship looked like with her ex.
People thought Toi should write a book but she thought it may be more doable to provide consistent podcast episodes. She shares her experiences, lessons she learned, and navigating today. She is providing her podcast for the love of herself, love of her children, and love of others in the trenches.
